Sunday School Teacher’s Meeting

On September 7th, 8th and 9th West Newton will be holding their festival.  We’ll have a booth at the fair.  While having a booth is a good start, what the booth needs is people to fill it.  Please set aside time to help out with our Fair booth and reach out to people who don’t have a church home yet in the West Newton area.

In Two weeks (9/9/07) our Catechism and Bible History Classes will begin. Our Sunday School Class will continue as normal. But, on this Sunday we have the privilege of installing our new Sunday School Teachers in their ministry among us.

Next week (9/2/07) is our Walking Together Sunday.  We’ll have the privilege of looking at the ways God has blessed our Synod and the many ways we walk together as a Synod.  The worship Service will be abbreviated so that we can have detailed presentation about the progress of our Synod.

Thanks to all who had the opportunity to make it to our annual Corn Roast. The corn was perfect. The food was good. But, the time together with our fellow Christians was the best.
